Project Title: Health & Wellness
Description: The purpose is to encourage positive thinking and healthy habits for students between 13-30 years old who are studying from home. Through personal difficulties coping with the unprecedented situation of pandemic, I was searching for healthy solutions which led the discovery of a school community called "Sauder Health and Wellness (HEWE)" (link is down below). The community has sparked my interest and
thus this personal project will allow me to research a little bit more into the theme of health and wellness, and hopefully inspires my family and peers.
